Life

1) Housing:- lots of things to say. i have my name down for sheltered housing. ok ok ok so i'm not that old (or maybe i am) but i want a place where i can hang my pictures show my photographs see all my books which i might not read but i can see them and remember them. I want to hang my clothes in my wardrobe. have a chocolate cake for breakfast (if i want to (and i probably will want one)
cook what i like wear around the house what i want, be it.... oh well whatever i want to wear) so dont come round without warning!. i asked for a place in Hackney where there are lots of things going on (and i need things going on when i leave here) or you might have me hanging round you eating chocolate, wearing dodgy stuff, maybe taking up smoking again with a bit of dope mixed in) this respectable woman is going to change her ways and live rumbustiously, so watch out and don't offer me a room, unless you're willing to take the consequences.
2) Tube stations:- I went to the London Gay Symphony orchestra concert a couple of Sundays ago. we had to sit upstairs as the place was packed. into the music i suddenly felt VERY HOT and next thing i know i had fainted (or whatever u call it) when i came to i was surrounded by 'folks' holding my hand, tut tutting, holding out a drink of water. however this tough old girl came to and with care got out of there for some fresh air.
on going backhome i fell on the stairway as i came down the tube station. the only think that bothered me was my arm and shoulder as i had tried to stop myself falling any further i had pushed my arm against a railing on the stairway, consequently shoulder ache. went home with friend who gave me ARNICA tablets and cream to sustain myself and after a cuppa, hot water bottle and the radio gently playing, next thing i know i was awake with another cuppa and it was 10am and i felt great. (as i said this is a tough old girl) went to Doc who sent me for X.Ray, no problems there they said so now i live to tell the tale, and i will embellish it if you don't shut me up
3) Work:-LAST PARA OF THE FRONT PAGE 'EDITORIAL' OF NEWSLETTER (which incidentally is in the post so you can read the whole thing!)
"Finally at our AGM i said i will be resigning at 2008 AGM. It is time for a new Chairperson to take over, this person will be blessed with (3) Three hardworking workers who are dedicated to their particular project as well as the work they do together. I have been grateful for their support over these past years but needs for my own and my familys' time is looming up. Therefore it is time for me to step down.
